To join the Fylde Bird Club, please print out & complete the form above and sent to the treasurer (John Barker, Quail House, Quail Holme Rd, Knott End, Lancs. FY6 0BT) with your payment.
Cheques payable to Fylde Bird Club (£12 ordinary members, £6 Senior citizens and Students).
Members receive the annual Bird Report and Quarterly newsletters free of charge.
